5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
If you have paid online and cancel within the allowed period, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.
No refund will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.
Refunds for inpatient or treatment services are subject to management review and depend on the stage of treatment and hospital resources utilized.
